Coaching

Programs are primarily designed to address  compromised posture, poor movement quality, sedentary tendencies, stress, the SAD diet, ill-patterned respiration and a disquieted mind.

Solving your pain, changing your aesthetic, and improving your health and performance, require an approach that considers four major aspects of physiological wellness:  Movement / Nutrition / Recovery / Thought.  Lasting results depend on balancing and not neglecting these essential interconnected components.  Josh will teach you to make simple improvements to the highly repetitive, controllable elements in these four areas of your life.  Results are sure to follow.

If you're hurt, timid, or new to exercise and self-care… if you feel crooked, twisted, bent, tipped, lopsided or humped… if you’ve hit a wall, reached a plateau, are at a loss, slow to progress or generally dissatisfied with your health and physique… then this is the place for you!

Your back, neck, hips and shoulders will feel better.

Your image will improve instantly.

Your energy and drive will be invigorated.

Nourish

               It’s Your Time.

                    Value it,

                         Use it wisely.

You are what you eat.  Seriously, you actually build yourself out of the raw material you put in. Think about it, what are you made of?  No amount of training and exercise can overcome a SAD diet.  Josh will help you fine-tune your intake to suit your physiology and lifestyle. You will learn how to eat nutrient dense food that satisfies, energizes, and naturally regulates your weight.  You'll learn the futility of counting calories, and start focusing on hormones and endocrine balance as priority. You'll learn the that the 'when' you eat is as important as the 'what'...and to NEVER skip break-fast, ever.  Josh will help you keep it simple, functional, and enjoyable.

Rest

It’s Your Body,

    Tune it,

          Use it wisely.

               It’s Your Time.

                    Value it,

                         Use it wisely.

Rest is the most critical and under appreciated aspect of training.  The health, aesthic and performance improvements that rest allows for can't be over stated.   Adding proper rest to a movement program is a simple tweak that can skyrocket results for an experienced exerciser.  Getting adequate sleep at night, while not as simple as adding a 90s rest between sets, for example, is exponentially more valuable to your life, your health, and your goals.  Focusing on your Movement and Nutrition (highly controllable variables) is the path toward improving rest.

Attitude

               It’s Your Time.

                    Value it,

You are what you think you are.  Your mind-set will create your outcome.  It's time to combine intention with action in pursuit of your dreams.  Josh will help you turn doubt into determination by grounding your fears and focusing your attention on simple habits that create transformation.  Above all else, self love and appreciation is a mandatory aspect of achievement; nothing unloved gets better, nothing.
